The Agric Minister Hon. Owusu Afriyie Akoto visited Sahmen Coconut Resort on 21 June, 2022. The visit was to familiarize himself with the great work being by Dr, Samuel Mensah Hodor CEO of Sahmen Coconut Resort. Handing over seedlings to GEPA

The Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA) has handed 160,000 coconut seedlings to the Coconut Farmers Association of Ghana (COFAG) to boost coconut production nationwide within the next five years. The symbolic handing over event took place at the African Trade House with the CEO of Ghana Export Promotion Authority, Dr. Afua Asabea Asare, management team of GEPA and Executives of COFAG present. General Recommendations For Planting Coconut Seedlings 1. Dig 2*2ft deep hole 2. Arrange one layer of dried coconut husk in the hole with the concave side facing up 3.
